Nose: Cherry Cola and Milk Chocolate Covered Almonds. Vanilla Extract pops as if you were pouring fresh Cream into Sugar as it Toasts in the pot for Caramel Palate: Thin Chocolate covering strong Maraschino Cherries rolled in a Caramelized Creamy Mouth Coating of Sweet Butter. Oak Spice warms from the THICK, Hot Oily mouthfeel. Finish: Oak Spice lingers and reveals a Cherry Pipe Tobacco dryness. Mild Clove I can't say I've tasted more drams than the next guy has, but ffs Baby Stagg (Batch#12) is a miracle bottle. I'm halfway through this bottle and it makes me sad to think it will be gone some day. (SUGGESTION): Acclimate your palate well, then add 2 drops water to a dram. Letting it sit and open is what suddenly allowed this whiskey to coat my palate in the strongest mouthcoat of hot butter and zero burn. Totally insane.

Nose: ALL Vanilla Custard dominant, with Toasted Almonds drizzled in Caramel. Nutmeg, Pineapple and Tobacco. Palate: Creme Brulee. Cherry Cola Finish: The Cola turns to a Spiced Oak but maintains the Cherry and turns Dr. Pepper. Sweet heat on the tongue. The nose returns and lingers. 2 drops of water opens up a dram nicely.

Nose: Margarine Palate: Oily Butter, slight Honey and Lemon; no Zest. Finish Oil and then nothing. Thin AF. Smooth, but not a hint of complexity. Glad I didn't buy this bottle, but I might come back to it once. *Finish: Little bit of coconut cream now on the 2nd dram

Nose: Cocoa and Coffee; Creamy lightly Spiced Horchata Cappuccino. Vanilla Honey and Peanut. Palate: More Turtle than Snickers with Salted Caramel Peanuts coated in Milk Chocolate. Finish: Peanut and Baking Spice hover above Plumb Pudding and Fig Fruit Notes. Black Peppered Peanut Shells and Dusty Corn Flakes lingers. The A120 is a phenomenal BP loaded with complexity and nuisance, yet holds to the patent H.H. nuttiness notes. Good chew and little hug. I'm hoping to add a reserve bottle to my bar. This blows the 92 Proof away.

Nose: Vanilla and Caramel. Sweet, Spiced Orange Glazed Pastry Rolls Palate: Dark Chocolate. Dry Leathery Oil Coating w/Oak Spice. Finish: More Citrus Zest and Vanilla lingers.

Nose: Strong Madagascar Vanilla. Deep, Sharp Oak Spice Palate: Caramel and Vanilla with Chocolate forward, complimented by Cherry Cordial. Finish: Apple Spiced and Leather

Barreled- 7-26-10 Bottle #875 Bottled- 7-16-18 Nose: Toasted Marshmallow. Vanilla. Oaky. Roasted Peanut Shells Palate: Burnt Cinnamon Sugar and Milk Chocolate. Oily, Buttered Corn. Finish: Salted Peanuts. Lingering Baking Spice. Sarsaparilla or Rootbeer almost Punches way above it's weight at $25-$31/bottle.

YEAH BABY!.... Nose: Buttered, Bitter Caramel. Toasted Oak. Touch of Sweet Leather Palate: Dark Chocolate up front. Toffee. Rye Spice swirled in Allspice and Baked Apples and Dry Pears. Finish: Little Heat lingers in the mouth. Charred Leather and Dusty Sweet Corn. Light Grassy Mint and more Baking Spice. My God, this needs to become readily availability again.

Nose: Floral, Orange Blossom Leather Char Palate: Citrus and Cream. Cherry, Spices, and Honey Finish: Orange and Tobacco. Slight Heat Very Complex with a range of changing flavors. 1 finger was not enough.

I won't bother. I'm not the biggest rye fan but if you want an uncharacteristic rye, here it is. No true Spice profile to speak of. Nose to the palate to the finish was one straight underwhelming experience.
