Neat: sweet cereal nose, smooth mouthfeel with a drying linger. Stone fruit and mild spice up front that quickly dissipates without much of a follow up. One note, but pleasant. Water: mutes without a flavor effect. Iced: yup, makes it colder

Sweet grains on the nose. Thick warming effect. Spiced pear cereal. Linger feels like it’s drying out your mouth with a faint sour note. Overall unique, smooth, and pleasant.

Very easy to drink for this proof. Cinnamon caramel apple with a hint of smoke. It’s good.
