Nose- very mild with notes of flowers and grass Taste- starts sweet and turns rich and full then spicy Finish- long, lingering spiciness Works well in an old fashioned. Would give it an extra half star in a cocktail

Nose- heavy corn with notes of caramel and wood. Good example typical bourbon. Taste- rich and smooth with the usual caramel and oak Finish- lingering spiciness Overall- not terribly complex but very well executed

Full and rich on the nose with hints of fruit. On the first taste, the fruit explodes with strong notes of dried apricot and lesser notes of orange zest. Sweet and fruity with a soft mouth feel. Finish is quick but satisfying.

Very smooth. Slightly spicy on the nose with a hint of earthy. Rich flavor with spice and a sweet, rapid finish.

Nose- caramel, oak, maybe cherry Palate- spicy then sweet with a fast finish.
