Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban Port Cask Finish 14 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed April 13, 2021Very sweet notes. Pickup port immediately on nose. Maybe a tea leaves finish? Not my favorite. Very delicate. Nice summer dram. -
One of my favorite drams. Although getting harder and harder to find. Beautiful honey-amber color. Absolutely crackin dram! Initial taste is pepper and vanilla. The high abv is welcomed and aids in the taste explosion. Finish is nice and long. Talking minutes here for sure. Almost seems to move from front to back of your tongue. On second taste I am picking up more vanilla and earthy tones. Truly Islay! Excellent dram!
