My favorite bourbon to date. Sweet vanilla and Carmel with a little woody tobacco. Maybe slight Leathery flavor hanging out too. Nice rye spice balancing everything out and adding a good depth of flavor. Great lengthy finish. Wish this one was easier to find.

More fruity than anticipated. Nice apple flavors. Rye spice is nice but not bold. Sweet

Not as spicy as I remember, though the spice does show up. There is a nice honey vanilla through the finish. Not much burn. Good sipper

Not bad. Not much going on. No alcohol burn but not much complexity or flavor. Light mouthfeel and no finish.

Best Irish whisky for the price. Floral and fruity. Little sweet

Less sweet than the Donahoe release, but still balanced. Vanilla and cinnamon spice. Smooth for the proof.
