Vanilla caramel nose then oaky spice palate with a long finish for 101 proof. Not bitter at all and very good all the way around.

Wow! Nose starts off with a rich buttery caramel and comes over on the palate the same but with a bit of sweetness. Finish turns with a bit of wonderful spice. A bit complex and now one of my favorites.

Very good. Starts with a great caramel nose which moves to the palate, then the big cinnamon spice hits. Good finish with rye spice but nothing bitter or over oaky.

A touch of sweet but mostly big vanilla butterscotch flavors with a bit of spice on the finish. Amazing.

This was a store pick from oak and flame. So good! A bit of sweetness but then a spiced rye taste with great finish. This was so good. Did not get any bitterness just great flavors. The nose was amazing full of butterscotch and caramel which came over on the palette perfectly.

Good nose typical of a fine jim beam product. Palate falls off and gets a bit oaky and maybe some tart geen spple? one dimensional but still good flavor. Decent finish but not worth the price.

Pretty tasty. Good caramel nose and a spicy barrel strength finish.

Dont really get the hype on this. Very light nose and a vanilla palette that is slightly sweet with maybe a bit of orange. I know this is just 90 proof and for me it tastes watered down. Very short finish but is an easy drinker.

Very good. Vanilla caramel nose with cinnamon that moves to the palate very well. A little plum and spice comes over on the finish. Really good flavor but a fairly short finish.

Really delicious. Big caramel and vanilla nose and palate with many great bourbon flavors. This one lives up to the hype.
