Creamy Vanilla dominates the nose. Palate isn’t all that complex but this one doesn’t need to be: more Vanilla and a moderate rye spiciness. Extraordinarily smooth. Taste more like a malted American Whiskey as it lacks the Peat of a traditional Scotch. If you’re a Bourbon, Rye, or just an American Whiskey drinker in general like me, this is a fantastic scotch to have on your bar. Best enjoyed Neat.

Floral on the nose. Big bouquet of summertime flowers. One of the best I’ve ever whiffed on a whiskey. Pallet starts off with cinnamon, almost of hot tamales, and lends way to a pumpkin pie. One could argue a sweet potato pie. Either way it’s definitely of that Thanksgiving pie from the market. A truly delicious whiskey.

Reviewed April 4, 2018 (edited May 31, 2018)Sweet malted notes of different variations from start to finish. Sweet malt on the nose. Buttery Sweet Malt up front on the palate quickly lends way to a creamier Malted Easter Egg note. Finishes with sweet and spicy malt. A unique and delicious Whiskey. -
