    Definitely vanilla and caramel scents along with a little leather. Cannot taste as much caramel as vanilla but all of the flavors are a very nice mix. A slightly spicy finish and not overwhelming. Nice and warm like your favorite blanket.

    Definitely not as rich as other bourbon barrel aged scotch, but pleasant. A slightly nutty scent with a touch of spicy vanilla. Very good, but not great. Could be a nice introductory scotch though.

    Very tasty. An oily (like leather balm) sweet butterscotch scent, and a similar flavor. A fairly spicy touch goes well with some slight smokiness.

    Nicely smoked and somewhat peaty. Nice peppery touch as well. Not as rich or sweet as I would expect given the ex-bourbon cask, but there is some richness to it. Overall, just delicious.

    First attempt at drinking bourbon. Liked the richness and a little sweet. Good but not great.

    A nice mixture of richness and light spiciness. Just a touch of smoke and fairly tart. Overall a pleasant drink, but not fantastic.

    Very tasty and rich. A little spiciness mixes nicely with its sweetness. Just a touch of smoke on the finish rounds it out nicely.

    Has an amaretto flavor and scent. Overly sweet and only a little richness. A slight spiciness, but nothing overpowering. Given the cost, there are probably better options.

    Lovely smoky taste that gets overwhelmed by an almost medicinal flavor. Definitely interesting and worth a try. By the third tasting, the medicinal flavor was overpowered by the smokiness, which makes this a winner for me.

    Very sweet, rich flavor and fairly smooth. Bourbon flavors do not overpower. Sherry comes through nicely. An excellent value.
