Caveat: I’m a noob. The nose is pretty mild with vanilla being prominent. The mouthfeel is a bit oilier than others I’ve had (good legs in the glass too) and delivers a refined and warm, smooth cinammon and vanilla flavor. Pleasant finish and really enjoyable!

I mean Wow… first time tasting this. The nose is cinnamon and hot, but not too crazy. The palette is a big tide of char and vanilla cinammon that sticks around and like cinnamon toothpicks in middle school.

It’s like an Irish Scotch.. long Smokey finish

A bit of vanilla on the nose and a nice Char and ashy finish and pleasant burn. It has some sweetness but it quickly fade and dries up on the finish. This is my favorite bourbon for a high end cocktail. Gotta rep Chicago!!

Nose is a bit chemically… but if you really inhale, you get some spice notes. Taste is a bit plasticky too, but it has a nice warmth on the tail. Need to try this in a cocktail.

Caveat: I’m a noob. Nose has a cinnamon note, but you can tell this is high proof. The burn is pleasant and cinnamony with some burn on the pallette… but it’s pretty pleasant overall. It’s more spicy than I’m used to, so gets a little lower rating than some other options.

Caveat: I’m a noob… just getting into better whiskey / bourbon. Very pleasant nose. The initial rocket fuel swell in your mouth quickly recedes and leaves a lot of warm and spicy notes. It’s really friendly and tasty for a 126 proof.
