Nose- sweet, butterscotch pears, peaches, apricots, roasted almonds Palate- Sweet heat! Butterscotch, Cotton candy, roasted almonds, black pepper on the back end. It’s complex: a party on your palate Finish- Loooonnnggg sweet heat.

Belle Meade Bourbon Finished in Madeira Casks Batch No. 20-01 Nose: Vanilla, Red Wine, Toasted Bread Palate: Oak, Dark Cherry, Vanilla Finish: Medium with vanilla, brown sugar and red wine. Mouthfeel: Creamy All-in-all I really like this one with its unique Madeira finish. I really like the Belle Meade lineup. I haven’t had one that I didn’t like thus far. Cheers!

Nose: Carmel & Butterscotch Palate: Charred Oak, Spicy Finish: Hot, Red Hots & Long

Smooth with just the right amount heat and oak. A staple on my shelf.

"Tastes like a maple covered pine cone. Very different. Sweet, sweet. It’s a nice change of pace. Spicy finish. It’s a keeper.
