I really enjoy this. Butterscotch and oak on the nose. The palate is sweet toffee and oak with baking spices. It has almost a cinnamon finish. So so yummy.

Spicy, love the cinnamon and oak. Such an amazing little bourbon.

doing an A/B with beastie. Be sure to check that out too. Nose is peat with a bit of pear. I sense another note but can't figure out what it is. Palate is peat and some sweetness. finish nice.

Doing an head to head with Ardbeg 10. So be sure to check out that tasting too. nose is lighter on the air. A little camphor and iodine. Sweeter and rich dark fruits. Palate. Smoke obviously from the peat. rich and light chocolate. Nice finish.

sweet now with oak and spice. A little cinnamon red hots in there. Palate is spice, oak, and deliciousness. Finish is coffee and leather. Yummy in the tummy.

This bourbon is unique in the respect it is a small batch distillate made using the original copper stills from the Indian Creek distillery. This family has been making whiskey on the family Agricultural Industrial Complex since the early 1800s. It's 95% corn bourbon bottles at 120 proof. Nose: Started as butterscotch and rich caramel. After a couple minutes I sense a summer camp fire. I won't say s'mores but I sense the smokey summer camp Fire. I almost sense toasted marshmallow. Palate: The toasted marshmallow carries through. It is definitely sweet from the corn. Finish is short with a hint of smoke. The pour has decent legs.

Nose: Spearmint, spice, Palate: Spice, oak, vanilla Finish: Medium It's no Pikesville but it's also a young rye. The initial hit tames down as you sip.
