Nose: Sweet smoke, raspberry, sea salt. Palate: Sultanas on the front with a developing ashy smoke. Finish: The smoke lingers for quite some time leaving a saline finish. Notes: I noticed a pinkish tinge when I poured this. Interesting.

Nose: Vanilla cream, lightly toasted oak, a hint of cinnamon. Palate: Soft vanilla with the oak serving as a base to toasted coconut. A gentle heat. Finish: Short finish of vanilla custard with dark chocolate shavings.

Nose: Red apple, honey, cane sugar, light pepper, some toffeeish notes. Palate: Light, peppery, a sprinkle of brown sugar. Developing warmth. Finish: The cane sugar reappears and offers a lingering finish.

Nose: Oak, maple, light brown sugar, cinnamon bark, vanilla as a fly-by. Palate: Thin, spices, deeper richer vanilla. Hints of dried light fruits like golden sultanas. Finish: Rich, peppery spice but this melts away to leave a long, soft, sweet vanilla.

Nose: Seaweed, plasters, orange pith. Palate: Initially sweet then spicy chilli heat like scotch bonnet, developing smoke. Mouthfeel is slightly oily. Finish: A hint of cocoa and oak. A delicate ashy smoke lingers. Notes: I'm into this one all-round. The peat isn't overpowering and the spiciniess delivers a flavour I enjoy.

Nose: Sweet toffee apple, menthol, slight cream. Palate: Light honey, crisp red apple, soft toffee. Finish: A gentle citrus creeps in. Light Demerara sugar.

Nose: Cherry, pear drops, fresh apple, oak and a touch of caramel. Palate: Spicy, cherry, oak. A developing heat. Finish: Heavier on the oak with a lingering spice but sweeter than it started.

Nose: Caramel, light oak, dark honey, vanilla pods. Palate: Peppery spice, chocolate. Finish: Demerara sugar, heavy oak.

Nose: Oak, vanilla custard, brown sugar. Palate: Vanilla and oak prominent with a warming spice. Finish: A trailing finish of vanilla and a burnt sugar. A lot like a creme brulee.

Nose: Caramel, vanilla, spiced apple. Reminds me of strudel. Palate: Soft caramel, sweetened dark fruits, vanilla. Baking spices. Finish: Gentle oak, cinnamon, apple, vanilla custard.
