Smoky and meaty on the nose with a hint of floral on the end. Sweet on the first contact with the tongue, but is quickly covered by a smoky meatiness that engulfs the tongue and finishes almost floral. A journey in itself.

Alcohol bite on the nose. Mint on the front and a spice (maybe cloves) on the back. Lingers a while. Very complex

Maple and green apple on the nose. Green apple and heat lingering for a short time.

Alcohol on the nose. Very light and floral. Hits the front of tongue with alcohol, but doesn’t linger. Very floral and light. Ends with a grape-like acidity.

Burnt sugar, orange, vanilla on the nose. Vanilla and oaky sugar at the beginning, and finishes very oaky and sweet. Doesn’t linger too long. Good stuff.

Vanilla and orange come through on the nose, and is almost buttery. Very sweet, but a burnt sugar sweet. Oaky, sweet finish. Good stuff.
