Fairly decent bourbon, especially for the price. I can see why people are into this. The burn on the end is a little too much for me, though. Consequently, this is not something I would buy, but glad I tried it.

Decent pour, but has a significant spice component which was a little surprising and too overpowering for me. Not worth a bottle purchase in my opinion.

Sweet and smooth with a slight kick at the end, but I really like this one. Rumor is that it is sourced from George Dickel, which makes sense. This may become part of the regular rotation for me.

This is clearly a top shelf option, but the taste is deeply hidden in the heat for me on this one. I wouldn’t buy again, but if you like heat, spice and a high proof then this is for you.

Worth trying just for fun, but this tastes young with a significant burn. If you are at the Chattanooga Choo Choo where this originates, you are probably better off walking across the street to Chattanooga Whiskey.

Bought this because it was extremely cheap, and had decent reviews. It actually is sweet, but also quite harsh. It is worth spending $2 more for Early Times if you want the same sweetness with a much smoother finish.

I don’t hate this one. It is surprising smooth, although you can tell it is young. The somewhat harsh finish, but this has become my regular (cheap!) mixer.
