Tastes

Very spicy but the finish doesn't come off too hot, vanilla and berry flavors most notable on the palate. Very oakey scents open up when allowed to sit momentarily. hint of coconut, rich but not overly so as mentioned in the flavor profile... A fine bourbon suited for a cold night by the fire, won't knock your socks off but not bad, perhaps slightly overpriced

Overcome with sugary sweetness, very gentle on palate at first taste but a more challenging finish. I didn't note the apple flavoring. Fantastic sweet vanilla and cinnimon aroma, rich definitely full bodied but not fully to my preference.

Fairly hot and spicy for a low proof juice, still has some smoothness though through the finish, not oily, not flowery but sweet, with vanilla... Decent but not a very good value

Nice sweetness, oily body, hint of spice but not overpowering, rich and flowery, I don't get the apple that others have mentioned but a very pleasant surprise for a bourbon few talk ab as a quality buy, great value
