Jameson, but with a nice maltiness layered on. Slainté

Sweet and tart red fruit immediately comes out of the glass, leaning towards raspberry, honey, and cream. The first sip is lighter than expected, and a little thin, but with a good array of flavors. Caramel pops, with apple and a grainy wood note hiding underneath. The finish is oily and bright, sticking around in a pleasant manner.
