I’ve always been a huge fan of Clyde maze and his Alabama juice water. I’ve had just about every version of Clyde Mayes. Until I got a hold of this one I had never had his rye. This is a very potent rye. Your initial hit is cinnamon. It’s heat pepper, and that unstable rye Almost like taste in a piece of a tree. I don’t know how else to explain it. I drink it straight normally that’s normally what I do with all of them as I drink it straight no ice no water no anything. And it’s very good straight. It takes you a little bit because it is hot. With a cube of ice, it sets it down, mellows it and it becomes a very pleasant zipper. Take an attitude to Ginger or seltzer or 7-Up or anything like that and my God it is fantastic. I’m not a big mixed guy, but this was fantastic and a mix.

Upon initial tasting, it came out of the bottle, pretty hot, almost like a round of double a buck loaded with salt rock. pound you right in the face however, once you get past that initial hit, it does mellow out. I actually taste some cinnamon flavors to it not everybody will. I paid $50 for it. I do believe at total wine, I did try it with 7-Up Ginger that sort of cut and I was super super surprised at how well it married with it. Honestly, I think I’m gonna go back with straight seltzer water, and drink it that way this isn’t for the fan heart you need to be a man to drink this, but this isn’t some peanut butter whiskey or some cherry cordial delight that you get this is whiskey.

Reviewed September 26, 2021 (edited March 21, 2022)Wow this is as smooth as a slip n slide on an August day. Great brown sugar and vanilla flavor. A little bite on the end to let you know it's above proff. But damn I'm liking this, but as always don't listen to my review or any others, try it for yourself and you be the judge. Cutwater Devil's Share Single Malt Whiskey

Reviewed May 22, 2021 (edited June 28, 2021)Holy mother of Satan and his drunken minions..... Wow this is crazy good..I've been eyeing it for a while but didn't want to drop 129 for it....it fell to 51 and I grabbed it.. thank God I did. The rye hit is bold and spicy, the mellow vanilla comes after the spice has its drunk and wild party. It's there to clean up after the rebles...cordial cherries are on the stage whipping the front end hell raisers into its frenzy.. a tad bit of chocolate rounds out my palate. It mops up all the flavor and leaves the place dry and clean...... Needless to say I'm heading back to get 2 or 3 more....GO RIGHT NOW AND GET THIS!!! It's like finding a diamond in a box of corn pops as a prize..... -
Holy moly! This is some good stuff. I was always told crime doesn’t pay! Well son keep on stealing this stuff. It is gold. The opening flavor of spice and honey is there up front. The pepper hits you half way down the pipe, and ends will a nice fire; almost cinnamon in taste. Not quite. Maybe nutmeg. Add a tad bit of water and the butter toffee and spice explode like a cannonball in your throat. The water puts a bit of the fire out, But hey we are talking B&E here criminals need some fire to fuel the pilfering. This is good stuff and the price is a winner. Go “ swipe” you a bottle now.33.0 USD per Bottle

Rabbit Hole Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited November 6, 2020)Wow I had such high hopes for this. The hype got me. I purchased this at $62 at TW. When I got it home I should have know something was amiss. The labels were all half stuck on the bottle kinda crooked. I mean it’s the liquid you want but at 62 I want it looking good on my shelf. Anyway I open and expect the tastes I’ve read here alas this is what I got: Nose. Cherries are there with ethanol. Brown sugar so small I thought I had COVID for a sec Mouth feel is thin. Taste is brown sugar (there it is) cherries that are borderline bad as in rotten. With something else I just can’t place After taste. Ok bear with me. MINT. I have mint. And that weird flavor Now if you follow me you will know I got a bad bottle of Dallymore and I didn’t touch it for 2 years. Now I live it!!!!! This my friends is a $27 bottle by any stretch according to my bottle. Maybe I got a bad one. But this one will go to my son (he'll drink gas if you give it to him)32.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed August 28, 2020 (edited December 6, 2020)Not worth the money. Over rated like the rye. -
Hmmmmm...... ok I have to say th iij s is smooth as a river rock and has a really nice finish....but...... it tastes like a band aid....seriously. The initial pull gives a weird band aid taste.. It does dissipate and leaves you with a nice vanilla flavor. It's not so bad that you can drink it,but..... I could have a bad bottle but I got it for 19 bucks so I'm not complaining......drink and enjoy
