Tastes

This is a gin for people who aren't a huge fan of juniper. The citrus is so dominant that the faint juniper note lingers in the background. I am a huge fan of juniper, and a huge fan of lime - this one is too dominate in one direction to be a 5-star for me, although I do prefer it over the traditional Tanq.

A wonderfully smooth gin that creates one fine gin and tonic. Juniper head up front, but a faint citrus and floral blend so well together. For me this would be a 5 star gin if it just had one flavor that stood out. I prefer the Rangpur version, as it has the smoothness combined with a huge citrus pop.

Very woody and spicy nose, but with a background of smooth honey sweetness. Overall very enjoyable and not as 'dark' as some of the cask aged gins I have tried.

Wonderful citrus nose that is a very easy drink and is light overall. Quite heavy on the lime, with green notes and juniper following lightly beyond the citrus.
