One of the better bottom shelf bourbons. While old crow will never win any awards, like a rattlesnake, you know what it is when you pick it up. If you like to save the nice stuff for friends and special occasions, you can do worse than old crow for just relaxing or as a quick nightcap. Best neat. Also, it is better in coke than jack daniels, there, I said it.

It is pretty good, but not anything to write home about. Don't forget that it's from Texas, that is apparently very important.

A distinct boozy flavor with alcohol and liquor also present. A staple in frat houses and under teenage mattresses, usually next to the porno mag.

Decent drink. More fun to drink neat than no. 7. However, with all that the world has to offer I will probably never buy it again.

My first experience with whiskey. Truly the Budweiser of bourbons, I mean Tennessee whiskeys. Consistent and reliable, the charcoaly flavor is pleasant. It is popular for a reason, and also cheap for a reason.

A worthy slake. If you are pretentious about your whiskey's heritage then you won't like it. I like it neat, and the higher alcohol content is a pleasant bonus.

Mmmm, like drinking smoked BBQ. Thick, strong, and velvety. My favorite scotch; what can I say more?

I bought a bottle of this because I was told it was what my grandpa drank, and thought it would be a nice way to connect with the man I never knew. It worked as I now know that my grandpa had poor taste in scotch; a fact previously unknown to me.

Insert directly into your gut, avoiding tongue and palate if possible. A favorite of "men" and "real scotch drinkers." Publicly dislike at your own risk.

A great starter scotch. Fruit and vanilla slink around every corner, then honey joins the fray.
