Really interesting and tasty, with some unique notes that I believe comes from the smoked cherry wood they use during the finishing process. This was fun to sip and try to pull apart all the flavors. Great stuff. Nose - shiny and metallic, sour cherries, honeysuckle, vanilla, apricots Taste - silky mouthfeel, sharp cherries, mild tartness, hints of smoldering wood, slight bitter tannins, a rounded sweetness that’s hard to place but really enjoyable Finish - the smoked cherry flavor and mild sweetness lingers for a long time, strong burn that sticks with you

Slightly sweeter than most ryes with a solid spice profile. Really enjoyable and a great way to introduce your fiends to rye if they’re into sweeter bourbons. Nose - honey, rye spice, almonds, it grass, and hints of butterscotch Taste - a bit of honey sweetness at first and then a healthy dose of rye spices and herbal notes Finish - floral and spicy notes linger pleasantly, significant burn going down

Really tasty and approachable while having a lot of interesting complexity. Nose - browned butter, caramel, red apple, rye grains, and subtle baking spices Taste - sweet caramel and sharper apple, some mild tannin bitters and solid spice notes Finish - sweet and slightly sour notes, a pleasant lingering spice I was and comforting burn
