Nose - sheets and dark fruits, dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, dried fruits, a hint of brine Taste - sweet and rich fruit, salted chocolate, and a surprising red pepper spice Finish - the sweetness is noticeable but the spicy burn lingers for a long time

Nose - lots of sherry, dark fruits and brown sugar, hints of chocolate, caramel, a bit of okay spice Taste - strong fruit flavor, pretty intense sherry, salted caramel, light nuttiness, some buttery notes Finish - rich and long lasting, decent amount of spice at the back of your tongue and solid heat going down

Nose - honey, dark fruits, fresh apple, oak spice Taste - fresh fruit, honey, baking spice, Finish - sweetness at first, the spice and mild heat linger for awhile

Nose - orange zest, butter cookie, cinnamon and cloves, vanilla and caramel Taste - spice forward, then citrus, some vanilla and dried fruit Finish - spice then sweetness, eh oh then fades back to a lingering spice, medium heat

Nose - mint, maple, vanilla, fresh peach, roasted pecan, some oak spice Taste - vanilla and maple at first, the baking spices hit you next, a hint of pecans, some tannic sourness Finish - mostly spice and finishes dry, a nice lingering heat

Nose - lemon peel, honey, floral notes and hints of tropical fruit Taste - vanilla, honey, lemon and dry spices Finish - the sweetness fades to the background but lingers, the spicier notes come forward, medium heat

Nose - light smoke and orange zest, honey, vanilla and nutmeg. Taste - spice and citrus, with some honey and vanilla, oak spices, you don’t taste the smoke. Finish - drying with sine faint bitterness and sour notes from tannins, the spice king nerd for awhile as well.

Nose - malty, spiced oranges, vanilla, leather, and some hints of cinnamon roasted almonds and a whiff of coffee Taste - orange zest and vanilla, some oak spice and cinnamon, hints of dark chocolate and a bit of roasted salted almonds Finish - the citrus fades and leaves behind a slightly tannic dryness, the spice lingers for awhile and medium burn
