Nose - rich caramel and vanilla, strong mixture of baking spices Taste - vanilla and then some citrus and caramel, pleasant oak spice notes Finish - pretty sharp and a bit spicy, some solid heat going down

Nose - nutty, dark sugars, some vanilla and slightly bitter barrel spice Taste - pecan and caramel come together with a nice dry praline flavor, some soft butter notes after a few sips Finish - lingering and silky, coats your tongue, decent comforting burn

Nose - strong nutty oak spice, vanilla, some caramel Taste - barrel tannins, some pine spice, light caramel Finish - dry and lingering, light heat

I liked this quite a bit, but it’s really different from anything else I’ve tried. Nose - kind of like pinesol, herbal, mint or menthol Taste - strong herbal notes, like Thai basil and fresh mint, maybe a touch of cherry Finish - dry and a bit medicinal

Nose - honey and citrus, some malt as well Taste - honey and malt, touch of ginger Finish - sweet and a bit of heat

Nose - sharp rye spice, citrus peel, a touch of something sweet maybe custard Taste - herbal and eucalyptus, some citrus, a bit of classic rye spice Finish - dry and a bit bitter

Nose - citrus and peaches, spices and cloves, some caramel Taste - rich caramel and some slightly bitter but pleasant nuttiness Finish - good oiliness and heat, lingers for awhile

Nose - peanut, caramel, apple, walnut shells Taste - light and sweet, soft caramel, but if peanut Finish - mild and smooth, fades quickly, no burn

Nose - caramel, vanilla, mild peanuts Taste - bit of spice, some caramel and light nuttiness Finish - bit spicy, finishes dry, lingering heat

Nose - citrus, vanilla cream, baking spices, dried apricots after coming back for another sip Taste - smokey campfire right off the bat, pepper notes come in next, a slight indistinct sweetness Finish - oily, pleasant spicy smoke lingers in the tongue, noticeable heat
