Rich and spicy nose but not overpowering for a large proof bourbon. Light mouth with cinnamon and cherry notes. Good burn dissipates well going down. Water evens out the burn leaving light flavor. Good neat.

Strong alcohol nose with floral notes. Full body. Big bite with light flavor overshadowed by unnecessarily big burn. Does not cut well with water.

Fruity and astringent nose. Strong fruit and herbal flavor. Airy mouth feel. Big bite but sweet undertones. Water splash cuts the bite leaving hibiscus and floral flavors. Odd first flavor but smooth after initial upturned nose.

Nose has strong maple syrup. Continued with overpowering sweetness that made it difficult to drink more than a few sips. Didn’t fare better cut with water or ice. Not a drink I’d order again. Interesting concept but poorly executed.

Caramel and vanilla nose. Rich and full flavor coats the mouth for a full mouthfeel. Good spice-just the right bite on the backend for a nice, long finish. An excellent beverage neat. A few drops of water mellows out the heat for a great taste.

Had for free at a Drury Inn in Bowling Green, Ky. Overly sweet with little bite but not flavorful enough to pay for. Malt, caramel, vanilla. Little mouth feel and no aftertaste. Not terrible for free well liquor, but wouldn’t be interested in trying again.
