    So so good. Buttered popcorn and caramel and butterscotch on the nose. So smooth, no burn. Tiny spice on the finish. I need to find a bottle of this. McCormacks Whisky Grill

    Solid bourbon. The nose is fantastic - sweet caramel and no burn. It is spicy on the palate for the proof but the sweetness comes through too. Finish brings back some caramel. $8.50 USD per pour McCormacks Whisky Grill

    Still kinda meh but bit more complexity after it sat in bottle a while. Sweet and honey with some nuttiness on the finish, which sticks around longer this time.

    Definitely a better mixer than for sipping. Great with ginger beer and lemon juice. For sipping its sweet but sharp for 80 proof. Just ok.

    Great sweet full caramel nose, especially after resting for a bit. Palate is pretty standard bourbon - rich and caramel. Finish is spicy and long. Very good stuff. $10 USD per pour McCormacks Whisky Grill

    Getting down to the end of this bottle and will be glad to have it off the shelf. Despite being 80 proof it’s really harsh. Definitely taste the IPA influence but overall it’s just not very good. I think I’ll try it mixed with ginger beer and lemon juice. But as a sipper, don’t spend your money on this.

    My first bottle was heavenly. This bottle is not as good. But it’s gotten better midway through the bottle. Standard bourbon profile. Caramel and vanilla on palate. Wish the finish was longer. Some spice and oak towards the end. Still a very good pour.

    Oldest scotch I’ve tried so far. Standard sherry nose. Bit of spice at first taste and then the sherry richness kicks in. Pretty good. But then the finish is just great. Long and sweet and yes, I can actually pick out fresh mint clearly. Cool. Happy birthday pour for my beautiful wife McCormacks Whisky Grill

    Really delicious and different. Great nose with some fruit. Sweet taste with bourbon tastes. Reminds me a bit of WF Double Oaked but with less caramel/butterscotch. Just really good. 13 USD per pour McCormacks Whisky Grill
