I must say I was disappointed to see this was a celebrity tequila, but I had already finished the bottle and liked it. I should say that I only mix it - very good in a Tommy's Margarita

Peaty! It calms down once the bottle has had a chance to breathe. Once that happens, there are so many other flavors and it really is a smooth well balanced whisky.

As amaretto goes, this is very good. If you're going to make a sour, try Jeffery Morgenthaler's method, with Rittenhouse rye.
