Very delicious initial tastes but the flavor fades quickly. Quite hot initially with stone fruit and cinnamon flavors, mainly peach and apricot. Has an oily but still thin mouthfeel. I wish this bourbon was more transparent about the mashbill, minimum age, and blend due to how gimmicky the bottle feels, but it's still a good tasting bourbon that should be priced a little less

1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon

Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon (2020 Release)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed October 1, 2021 (edited October 12, 2021)Classic bourbon flavors but this rating mainly has to do with the price. Reminiscent of many good bourbons with classic bourbon flavors - New Riff, Four Roses SB, and Heaven Hill BiB 7yr to name a few. But this bourbon has a shorter finish and lower proof but it's more than twice the price of all these bourbons. The age may be at 10yr but that's all that makes this bottle different than most - but still overpriced at $130 a bottle. Flavor-wise, it's a good bourbon, but just good. Save your money and drink it when your bourbon friend is trying to show off their collection and pours you this. -

Peerless Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 20, 2021 (edited December 21, 2021)Completely disjointed, odd tasting, and a multitude of flavors and smells that do not work together. Oak, pinesol, sweet tea, musty old boot leather, funky corn, and black pepper. Not worth the cost, but a cool bottle if you can finish what's inside it.
