Tastes

Nose. Honey, caramel apple. Taste. Caramel notes with very slight honey taste. Woody notes as well. Missing the sweet punch I expected.

Totally worth the money! I could sniff this all day! (Weird I know) Smells like a warm summer day. Full of honey, sweet vanilla, and grapes. It is soo smooth! The honey is very present

3.25 - $35 Nose - spicy notes. A little water releases some of the sweetness. Palette - oaky. Spicy. Grassy.

2.5 - just not worth the price. I understand why people enjoy it, but I would never purchase it. Nose - salty, I’m reminded of burnt tires. Palette - dries my mouth out. More smoky salt. Added drop of water. Nose - much tamer. Still smoky. Salt is practically gone and now receiving sweet berry notes. Palette - subtle smokiness. Salty notes are not as strong. Some sweetness on the palette. I would like more sweet notes. Finish is long!

3.5 - $35 Nose - sweet. Honey. Vanilla. Palette - loses some of the sweetness. Able to grab more of the spicy notes The finish is nice and long, but it’s still not my favorite. I think I prefer the small batch.

3.0 - $75 - voyage 16 Nose - spice with slight sweetness. Maybe raisins Palate - more spice It’s fine but not worth the $75 I may even prefer the regular Jefferson’s

4: This drinks so easy! Dangerous. Fruity and floral. Reminds me of a hibiki a little.

4.5: I wish I was drinking this in a glencairn. Drinking in a rock glass makes me smell too much alcohol. Love the taste though! Buttery, oaky, and Smokey.

3.75. Sweet and fruity taste. Hard to smell because of glass and location.

4.0. Great Smokey, Woody nose from the oak barrels. Taste was and sweet. The finish has a hint of corn which was unexpected. I would say worth the price
