    Great if you just want a bit of peat with a warm sweet mouth feel. Nice and rich a great sipper.

    Carmel and spice open up in this bourbon it's akin to Larceny but a little more costly. For the cost you do lose a bit of the sweetness compared to Larceny however which is welcome in my book. A great every day drinker.

    I get sweet carmel and vanilla out of this all day. It's cheap enough and you can mix it as well as drink it straight. Unfortunately its sweetness is a bit much though and as a result I have to dock it a bit for its unbalanced nature.

    A staple amongst bourbon. It's consistent sweetness opens up into some more complex flavors if you hunt for it. You can never go wrong with it, but I have noticed its price rising to a point where I'm more willing to take a chance on something new.

    This is a light, thin and sweet whisky. It's not bad, there's something in it that gives me the worst headache the next day. For the price I prefer to go with something else. Don't take my word for it if this sounds up your alley though!

    The red wine shines through in this adding a nice fruit/sweet profile to this. If you can find it, it's worth a pick up if you're both a fan of red wine and whisky

    If you want an every day drinking scotch, look no further. This is not a complex or particularly interesting choice, but a safe one that you can serve at a party and not go broke! Due to its blended nature it also has a consistent profile

    Don't get me wrong, you can find better bourbons, but in all my tasting I've not found _anything_ close to what this offers for the price. Now my issue is finding it...but it's cheap enough to cook with, but can hold it's own in a tasting which is impressive.

    Not a typical brand I'd go out of my way for, but if I'm looking for a solid contender at a good price, this fits the bill. It's a bit light and sweet and inoffensive. Some may find it boring because of it, but for me I think it's well balanced.

    Middle of the road, nothing too interesting. You're paying for the presentation. What lays inside is a thin whiskey which might make for a great mixer if not for the price.
