High West Campfire (Discontinued)
Blended American Whiskey — (bottled in Utah), Multiple Countries
Reviewed June 10, 2020This is a very unique whiskey. The blends of bourbon, rye, and scotch make for a unexpected enjoyable whiskey. Noses of vanilla, slight cherry, with a peated overtone. On the taste starts with a sweet oak of bourbon and mint coupling that finishes into a peat smoke. -
If I was given this I could mistake it for a bourbon. Noses of brown sugar, vanilla, grass, and some honey. On the tongue it has an oakey quality with some floral and finishes into a spicy. If I wanted to introduce bourbon drinks to scotch this would be the whisky I would use. Overall a decent sipper.

Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed June 7, 2020 (edited June 11, 2020)A overall good experience. Soft oak and Carmel notes on the nose. On the tongue there is more oak notes with a good smoothness. One will find it hard to find any other good budget quintessential bourbon such as this.
