For $20 you can't go wrong with for the price. Exceeds other bourbon in simular price, could possibly even hold it's own over slightly higher bourbons I have tasted. And usually my go-to because it's cheaper and usually I dont have much money left for higher bottles and this will do the job till next pay day. I usually have it tucked in the freezer and one ice cube when I pour a couple fingers in a glass is all I need. I get hints of brown sugar, vanilla, some spice and a slight linger of a woody finish. Solid bourbon at a solid price20.0 USD per Bottle

Traveller Whiskey
Blended American Whiskey — USA
Reviewed January 17, 2024 (edited February 16, 2024)Smell was basically none existing or so light I couldn't tell. I've read quite a few reviews that people weren't that impressed, but I actually kinda like it, very easy drinker that isnt harsh at all. Wouldn't wanna mix it with anything (too light) but if you wanted a very smooth, easy drink no more than an ice cube or neat, here you go. light with a heavy mouth feel simular to that of Buffalo trace. Quick notes of vanilla and oak maybe some sweet wheat and not much of a finish. Has a lingering vanilla aftertaste -
Benchmark Full Proof Bourbon (125 Proof)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 17, 2024 (edited March 5, 2024)Surprisingly pretty good. The smell is fantastic, smell reminds me of the Buffalo trace distillery. Strong scent of bread notes and yeast. A close second was caramel and oak. Tasting notes at first a smooth cool vanilla then notes of oak/pepper and grains to finish with a mouth and tongue tingling finish and a warmth as it goes down. Quite nice actually. Reminds me of some Eagle rare. -
My bottle neat, nose is soft some hints of cinnamon and oak. Taste, cinnamon but doesn't last long. Some people call it banana which I can see, but I see it more as actual maple syrup, I love maple and make my own syrup. And hints of vanilla. An ice cube to chill it down mellowed it out but reminds me of Gentleman jack. Overall it's nice, but really to me it reminds of jack daniels but with a little more bite. 80proof jack is too watered down, but this has a little more spice

I hate to say it but it's great stuff, but don't get it because it's hard getting hard to find and/or find it without being over priced. I used to get it for $28. Then, where I normally would go, jumped up to $33. Other places have had just a regular 750ml bottle for $55! Absolutely insane and not worth that cost. I can go to the distillery and get it for $27. This is probably my favorite, it's an easy drinker, notes of vanilla and butterscotch, some oak notes smooth and full flavor with a slight pepper bite at the end. Stuff is good. If you ever get a chance to go to the distillery, definitely make a trip to go, fantastic place

Not my go too but when it's non week and needs something to get you to next payday, it's a good $25 dollar bottle. Oak up front with slight spice. It's got a good flavor, not mellow like some. It's a good sipper (slow sipper, it will come out and get ya) with an ice cube or also makes a pretty good Old Fashioned

It's an interesting nose and palate, nothing I've ever tasted from any other bourbon. I also got a signed bottle by the owners who was signing bottles, which is pretty cool. On the nose, I had heavy honey and bread notes. The palate, strong notes of honey and sweet hay, which it reminded me of when being around horses, the smell of giving horses their hay and bucket of grains. Maybe I shouldn't be too surprised when I think this is a bourbon from Lexington Ky and Horse Capital USA. A cool story and interesting facts about this company, not your typical bourban or bourban notes. At $45 dollars I was reluctant to buy it, i wasnt looking to buy a $45 dollar bourbon or especially something brand new but somehow they had won a few awards so seemed worth trying. But for my taste, I wasn't as impressed. I have poured a couple drinks neat, added an ice cube, tried it a couple times but, I just can't do it. I've got ¾ of a bottle that will probably sit there and look real pretty on a shelf at home.45.0 USD per Bottle

Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream
Dairy/Egg Liqueurs — Kentucky , USA
Reviewed January 14, 2022 (edited June 24, 2022)Great stuff, Buffalo trace sells it for $20 simular to Bailey's Irish cream. I make my coffee with a pour over at 204 degrees, great stuff. Only thing is, once I add an ounce or two to my coffee and the heat releases the alcohol or most of it and you're left with a more creamer but some alcohol might be there but really good. Or add to root beer or ice cream.20.0 USD per Bottle -
Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 14, 2022 (edited August 10, 2022)One of my favorites. Nose was typical bourbon notes and maybe some cirtus. Tasting notes of orange and citrus up front and touches of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch. Some oak in there too and touch of spice at the end. I always prefer to chill mine with an ice cube and bring outs some really nice notes. It's really nice and easy drinker. Normally I find it for $60 but Total Wine had it at $45.60.0 USD per Bottle
