Tastes

Absolutely fantastic whiskey. Nose: Rich smell of butterscotch and vanilla. Pleasing in every way. Palate: Vanilla and sweet almonds, with a long finish of buttery smoke that lasts ages and never burns.

Nose: Some lemon and bit of earthy soil. Taste: A little honey and then some tart lemon and a tiny hint of cinnamon. Short, uninteresting finish.

Nose: Floral and pleasant, with some syrupy notes Taste: Mellow and sweet, with a simple but easy finish. Not too complex but still decently smooth.

Nose: Burnt toast and orange marmalade, quite pleasant and friendly. Taste: Cloves and a spicy oak lead into a long finish of buttery cinnamon buns, burned at the edges.

Nose: Classic bourbon ethanol at first, not too complex but still get some sugar and a sweet corn rushing it. Taste: Starts floral and sweet, a bite of a warm sugar cookie, but full notes of cinnamon and herbs ease in the mouth in what is a consistently medium finish.

Nose: Earthy wood with some tobacco and hints of old cherry. Taste: Peaty flavor hits hard, and the tobacco smoke and full oak flavors come rushing in with a long, spicy finish, when finally some molasses coats your teeth.

On the nose you get some citrus and vanilla, but it’s not super powerful. In the mouth you immediately get a sort of creamy, thick clover honey. Medium to long finish, when a bit of dark chocolate comes through at the end.
