Tastes kind of like what it is. An oaky older bourbon mixed with a young sweet one. Not sure the two combine to form more than the sum of their parts however.

2000 bottle, so pre-BT. Smooth and drinkable as you’d expect at 80 proof. Mostly straightforward sweetness, but sticks around longer than you might expect. Not much on the front-end.

Hotter than I remembered. Good mouthfeel though. Thick, you can tell its barrel stength. Good sweetness, not a ton of pepper. Some oak on the finish, but not too strong.
