There are also hints of brine, ripe, plums, and sweetness. The finish, like all of the flavors in this is very mild, and short, fruity, oily, peaty and woody.

Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandReviewed May 12, 2023Rum, chocolate, smoke, oil, a hint of soap, and peat on the nose. It's very rich, earthy, sour, elastoplast, leather, licorice, plastic, smoke, sulfur, tobacco, wood and licorice on the palate. The finish is long, dry, grassy, oily and salty.

The palate is full of rich dark fruits ripe cherries, very ripe grapes, I definitely get red licorice, honey, hints of leather, it's slightly salty. The finish is red licorice (Nibs), long, oily, spicy. There is almost a cough medicine flavour on the finish.
