Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandTastedSome sweetness, leather, very mild smoke, thick, almost rum cask, some orange, and a warm (young) finish.
Peated Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandTastedMildly sweet, thin, floral, vanilla, heather, lightly peated, warm finish. Water makes it drier.
Bunnahabhain 8 Year The MacPhail's Collection (Gordon & MacPhail)
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedHeavily peated. Heavily smoked. Short, sweet finish, some mild sour and strong spice on the tongue, quite warming, but not hot. Very smooth for an 8 yr.
Glenfiddich Fire & Cane
Peated Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedWarming, spicy, definite rum flavour, mildly peated, honey|brown sugar|dark fruit (plum?), thick & syrupy.
Port Charlotte Scottish Barley
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedBold & peaty. Lemon, wood, yaya pear, smoke, salt, antiseptic, medicinal, seaweed. Short, dry, warm finish. I was told at the distillery that this is the same whisky as Port Charlotte - An Turas Mor.
McClelland's Single Malt Highland
Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandTastedSweet, vanilla, syrup, some small floral flavours, some spices, some wood. Long, hot & sweet finish.
Peated Single Malt — Highland, ScotlandTastedSmoke, peat, sweet, vanilla, pear? Warm upfront & finish. Dry, peaty finish.

Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandTastedOily, sweet, salty, leather, lots of wine, toffee/caramel, syrup, dry finish
