"Classically fruity" in English. Initial alcoholic, warm impression of homemade fruit schnapps displaced by strong herbally spicy profile in the aftertaste that's weird on its own and completely incompatible with tonic. If I hadn't mixed it myself I would've thought someone played a prank on me with herbal liquor and Kümmel (caraway) liquor instead of gin. Produces a slight louche (cloudiness) with tonic though.

A little orangey citrusy and fruity sweet with hints of summery flowers and herbs in the nose and neat, impression with tonic a lot drier and somewhat herbally juniper centric with only hints of sweet florals still coming through as time goes on and in the aftertaste. Overall still well balanced, refreshing and enjoyable.

Expertly balanced expansion on regular Tanqueray through the inclusion of mostly citrusy botanicals in small batch distilling, but what stands out beyond a junipery and citrusy base note is a very present peppery spiciness which persists even with tonic and I guess has to stem from the coriander and liquorice. Very smooth and sippable even without a mixer. Edit: Downgraded from 4.5 to 4.0 following another sampling from a different bottle that was much more junipery and less balanced and delicate. Priced regularly but have gotten it as cheap as 20 EUR per Bottle before.27.0 EUR per Bottle

Fresh, tart citrus predominantly, joined by a presence of spices, more well rounded in taste than in the nose presumably thanks to the tea. Tonic mutes the spices somewhat besides a little pepper. Slight bitterness and slightly odd spice off-taste that comes and goes and deserves mentioning but doesn't impact the overall experience significantly. Priced regularly but have gotten it as cheap as 20 EUR per Bottle before.25.0 EUR per Bottle

Made from in-house quintuple-distilled vodka and 40 botanicals including algae, seaweed and eelgrass, the profile of this gin is incredibly smooth and light with a hint of juniper, minty freshness and a certain maritime, slightly salty, vegetally fresh note. Well balanced, super easily drinkable and rather delectable, I do however wish it was a little more present and intense because tonic makes it very watery.

Really not a big fan of this. Light enough to go down reasonably well regardless, but the more intricate botanicals like vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon or ginger simply do not appear in a perceivable way, instead the profile is dominated by rose to the point of it tasting slightly like soapy water with juniper and citrus, the citrus more so with tonic.

Apple provides fruity richness that remind me of grape spirit-based gins. Juniper and citrus peels are rather understated. Nose is fresh and fruity with a hint of apple cinnamon turnover that also reappears briefly right after swallowing neatly. With tonic it's beautifully delicate and sees the clove become the most apparent amidst an airy fruity profile with the slightest citrusy tartness.
