Tastes

Nose: light cinnamon flavor. Not much else. Taste: Almost a tea flavor very light. Finish: Red hot finish all the way. Not sure if it’s enough to save this but very good. For $130 bottle I expect more - I would say a lot more. If this was a book it would be extremely boring the whole way through until the finish and I don’t believe the finish is enough to save it. Overall pretty disappointed- hope it opens up.

Nose: light fruit Taste: cherry with a little smoke Finish: Nice finish. Fruity and decently long. Had high hopes for this one because the 15 year double cask was so good. Was hoping this would be a good barging but would prefer to spend a little more with how good the 15 is!

This taste like glorified Old Tub. The peanut flavor is very strong. Slight vanilla notes to go along with it.

Nose: Carmel, Vanilla, Sweet Sugar Taste: Carmel, Vanilla, Light Peanut on the backend. Finish: Pleasant and Warm. Light peanut flavor continues. For Booker’s even though the proof is there this drink well below the proof. Love this batch of Booker’s. Didn’t have 2021-02 but this for sure beats 01 and 03 in my book! 8/10!
