Nose - not much to note, bourban smell Taste - oaky flavor Finish - a lot of burn down the throat, numbs the mouth, lasts for a couple minutes Score - 1.5, just...don’t Scoring Legend 5.0 - Outstanding, unmatched to others 4.5 - Excellent, I will always try to keep a bottle in stock 4.0 - Very good, quite enjoyable to drink 3.5 - Good, would consider tasting again from time to time 3.0 - Average 2.5 - Acceptable, still drinkable. 2.0 - Inferior, able to drink but not enjoyable 1.5 and below—wouldn’t drink again unless I am desperate

Reviewed March 13, 2021 (edited May 28, 2021)Nose - peat is there, moderate but not too strong Taste - no H2O added- Easy to drink, peat flavor but not overwhelming Finish - smooth, tingle on the tongue and wherever it touches in the mouth, no burn down the throat Score - 4.5 Scoring Legend 5.0 - Outstanding, unmatched to others 4.5 - Excellent, I will always try to keep a bottle in stock 4.0 - Very good, quite enjoyable to drink 3.5 - Good, would consider tasting again from time to time 3.0 - Average 2.5 - Acceptable, still drinkable. 2.0 - Inferior, able to drink but not enjoyable 1.5 and below—wouldn’t drink again unless I am desperate -
Nose - Heavy peat, I can imagine walking the moores of Ireland just walking in on a glass sitting for a minute Taste - no H2O added- peaty flavor, very smooth Finish - strong peat finish, slight burn on the tongue, my throat is warm for a couple minutes following Score - 4.0 Scoring Legend 5.0 - Outstanding, unmatched to others 4.5 - Excellent, I will always try to keep a bottle in stock 4.0 - Very good, quite enjoyable to drink 3.5 - Good, would consider tasting again from time to time 3.0 - Average 2.5 - Acceptable, still drinkable. 2.0 - Inferior, able to drink but not enjoyable 1.5 and below—wouldn’t drink again unless I am desperate

Nose - strong peat for an American whisky, chocolate malt Taste - no H2O added- Pine notes, oakey, very smooth Finish - Light burn, taste doesn’t linger, malty and chocolatey (like SpartanDL27 said ‘like cocoa pebbles cereal’) smooth down the throat Score - 3.5 Scoring Legend 5.0 - Outstanding, unmatched to others 4.5 - Excellent, I will always try to keep a bottle in stock 4.0 - Very good, quite enjoyable to drink 3.5 - Good, would consider tasting again from time to time 3.0 - Average 2.5 - Acceptable, still drinkable. 2.0 - Inferior, able to drink but not enjoyable 1.5 and below—wouldn’t drink again unless I am desperate

Nose - Fresh, almost floral like with hint of sweetness of honeycrisp apple Taste - no H2O added- no peated flavor, subtle flavors which are hard to describe, sweet and fruit, they cover the entire mouth with a pleasantness Finish - smooth, no bite from the alcohol Score - 4.0 Scoring Legend 5.0 - Outstanding, unmatched to others 4.5 - Excellent, I will always try to keep a bottle in stock 4.0 - Very good, quite enjoyable to drink 3.5 - Good, would consider tasting again from time to time 3.0 - Average 2.5 - Acceptable, still drinkable. 2.0 - Inferior, able to drink but not enjoyable 1.5 and below—wouldn’t drink again unless I am desperate
