Nose: Malt, citrus, almonds, vanilla. Taste: raisin, citrus, vanilla, almonds, brown sugar. Reminiscent of Highland Park 12. Nice, somewhat rich mouthfeel but not as complex as I was hoping for the proof.

A nose and taste of baked cinnamon apple pie. A really nice sipper for the price.

Nose: vanilla, pears, apples, cherry, subtle rye spice, maple, mint, grassy notes, Sour Patch Kids. Taste: rye, honey, cinnamon, peaches, raisins, buttered corn, oatmeal raisin cookie. A rich mouth feel and impressive finish

Nose: nice bourbon vanilla sweetness, floral notes, blackberries and other fruits, graham crackers, strawberry creme, sugar cookie with icing. The nose is very pleasant but doesn't jump out at you. Taste: buttery vanilla ice cream, cherry, creamy oatmeal, butterscotch, raisins, sugar cookie with icing. An amazing mouth feel with an intense and long finish. The flavors are very hard to describe but this is an astounding spirit. Worth every penny

55.4% ABV. OBSK Recipe: 35% rye mashbill. Aged 10 years 1 month. Nose: classic Four Roses floral notes, maple, honey, vanilla, cherry, oatmeal raisin. Taste: maple, cherry, raisin, brown sugar. Very smooth and rich. One of my favorite Barrel Proof Bourbons

Nose: peanuts, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, maple. Not a very strong or complex smell. Taste: peanuts, cherry, fig, raisin, cinnamon, glazed donut A standard bourbon. Nothing too special but not bad either

Nose: caramel, apple, Wheaties cereal, strawberries, vanilla. Taste: caramel, peanuts, vanilla, hazelnut, maple syrup. Rich flavors but the smoothest whiskey I've had at this proof. Reminiscent of many Heaven Hill bourbons with a distinct cocoa note.

Nose and taste of citrus and peat. Reminiscent of Highland Park 12
