A surprisingly easy dram for it’s price. I will definitely be going for a second bottle before the year is out. 6 year age statement, toasted barrel finish, all for $25.99 here in FL! Worth it!

This is by far one of my top Irish Whiskys in my collection now. The blend of bourbon and sherry finish is expertly executed giving the mid palate a perfect balance of sweetness and oak, the finish is long with hints of almost asian spice and a sauterne like finish. Complex and worth every dollar if you can find this here in the U.S..

Smoke and Vanilla on the nose almost reminds me of Baby Back Ribs smoked to perfection. Palate has a lot of heat at first but it quickly shifts to pepper jack and subtle notes of walnut/hazelnut and a nice long smokiness on the finish.

Developed by USDP or Phillips Distilling, this new addition to flavored whiskey is worth trying at least once. Sweetened Peanut (think creamy peanut m&m’s flavor) notes give way to a strong raspberry finish with a lingering light oak on the back of the tongue. Mixing with Coke makes for a fun Whisky-Cola for those that like desert inspired drinks.

Rich notes of chocolate and subtle caramel. Soft notes of traditional Jameson but twice the flavor! One of my favorite bottles in my collection.

Light fruit and vanilla notes on the nose lead to a simple vanilla and oak notes on the palate. Finish is short and semi-sweet.

Light notes of citrus and hops come to the forefront immediately during the sip. A touch of almond or chestnut linger on the finish. Nice sip for a cask finish at only $22, but I would recommend the Kinsale Small Batch over the IPA.

On the nose you get rich fruit notes and soft oak. The sip is exceptional, sweet vanilla and a strong oak that finishes with red fruit and currant. By far one of the best single malts I’ve had outside of Alexander Murray collections.
