Bushmills 12 Year Single Malt
Single Malt — Ireland
Reviewed March 12, 2022 (edited January 5, 2023)This is by far one of my top Irish Whiskys in my collection now. The blend of bourbon and sherry finish is expertly executed giving the mid palate a perfect balance of sweetness and oak, the finish is long with hints of almost asian spice and a sauterne like finish. Complex and worth every dollar if you can find this here in the U.S..61.99 USD per Bottle -
Developed by USDP or Phillips Distilling, this new addition to flavored whiskey is worth trying at least once. Sweetened Peanut (think creamy peanut m&m’s flavor) notes give way to a strong raspberry finish with a lingering light oak on the back of the tongue. Mixing with Coke makes for a fun Whisky-Cola for those that like desert inspired drinks.18.99 USD per Bottle

Glen Fohdry 29 Year Làn-Mheasan Port Wood Cask Finish
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed April 1, 2021On the nose you get rich fruit notes and soft oak. The sip is exceptional, sweet vanilla and a strong oak that finishes with red fruit and currant. By far one of the best single malts I’ve had outside of Alexander Murray collections.179.99 USD per Bottle
