Slightly sweet and peaty smell, peaty taste with something slightly creamy 1 drop of water - more peaty smell, more bite on tongue, cinnamon? 2 drops - very different smell, subtle peaty smell but can place rest, something fruity, less bite and buttery

Molassesy smell, strong bite, sweet taste

Vanillay smell, slight bite. Can't describe taste but not overpowering

Very spicy smell at first but levels out to be quite good smelling like the bread. Texture is extremely smooth and creamy, bread like.

Kind of a sweet, doughy smell like my gluten free sourdough starter. Very spicy taste/bite. Some kind of caramelly taste

Very soft, fruity/mapley smell good bite and flavor, almost "colorful" too complex to pull out flavors but great even taste and mouth feel. 1 drop water - opens up the fruity flavor but a stronger oak comes through as well. Feel it on the front of the mouth/lips more than before but goes down even more smoothly 2 drops - more oaky smell than fruity but still fruity. Goes down extremely smoothly and almost a nutty flavor on the back end

Wonderful oak smell with a hint of vanilla, awesome creamy vanilla flavor with a hint of some kind of fruity sweetness. 1 drop of water - more fruity/sweet smell and flavor 2 drops of water - sweet/brown sugar smell, buttery texture and taste, very smooth

Oaky smell, strong flavor, kind of syruppy texture, 1 drop of water - very smooth taste, more subtle smell 2 drops of water - caramelly smooth taste, warms the tongue
