N: sooooo much ethanol, even after a significant rest. Might need 30 to even 60 minutes. Very sweet, oaky, some roasted peanuts/shells P: really hot, sweet, syrupy F: warm, sweet, comfy

Quintessential rich, smoky, scotch N: sweet, smoked meat, also savory, heavy richness of some kind, wood smoke, campfire P: sweet, sherry, heavier, kind of “sticky” smoke I guess from the heavy oils coating my mouth F: campfire breath

Potentially one of my favorite whiskies of all time!! N: bright, floral, fresh spring blooms, green apple P: lightly sweet, floral, apple, subtle smoke, dry F: nice lightweight smoke, not dragging me down, dry, delicate
