Tastes

Strong sherry notes on the nose and taste. Sweet, slightly nutty but mostly dried fruits especially raisins, this really pops out when paired with savoury foods. Nice richer version of the regular Scallywag, but only for lovers of strong sherried whisky or of sherry wine itself that want to try whisky. This is the closest to actual olorosso sherry in a whisky i've tasted.

I really like this one, sweet honey and caramel on the nose and first taste but dry and nutty on the finish.
