I was expecting much more 'apple flavour' in this one but was very disappointed and suspect it needs a little water to improve and bring out the flavor.

After tasting this I determined I am definitely a single malt man and this one benefits from the sherry casks and is very smooth.

Very smooth and hangs around very pleasantly. This is probably the best tasting Bourbon I've tried (except Pappys) and for the price it can't be beat, but like all Buffalo Trace products is becoming increasingly harder to find.
