Tastes

Mildly sweet. Smooth but still complex. Touch of smoke but not distracting.

Spicy. Sweet. Licorice. Complex. Yet surprisingly smooth with only a little burn. Very enjoyable.

Carmel. Sweet. Smooth. Only slight heat. Great.

Nice. Sweet. Some heat.

Nice sweet aroma. Medium burn. Nice cherry taste. Really nice.

High corn. Sweet. Complex. Doctor pepper. Moderate heat. Good up front and finish. There is a dissonant note in the middle palate. Frustrating. Is a chemical taste that then becomes part of the after taste. It would have been above 4 if that taste wasn’t there. With that chemical taste it’s a 3.

Light. Straight vanilla up front. Lemmon on backend. Nice straight.

Surprisingly light, sweet taste. At 115 proof there a heat that for my palate is just too distracting when you have it neat. Tried with three cubes. Still a bit much.

Cereal/Nut start but with sweet middle. Moderate heat. Vanilla.

Refined. Nice moderate heat. Little bit of apple. Dry. Sweet on the aftertaste.
