Very distinct cocoa and coffee notes. That means this whiskey will be a bit of a niche--wonderful for people who enjoy those notes and "meh" for those who don't. But also, I also appreciate the wood flavor is somewhat muted, as a result.

Citrus and vanilla make up the foundation. Light floral and spice make up the rest. Delightful! The Carajillo is a hall-of-fame caliber after-dinner drink.

Pretty dang solid for a $14 bottle. Obvious choice for an everyday bourbon. I like the nutty finish.
