Congratulations! After buying well over 300 bottles in the last 5 years, St. Pete Whiskey was my first drain pour. It was undrinkable. Bought it while on Spring Break in Ft. Lauderdale for a “local taste”. After one drink, I couldn’t believe it was this bad. Maybe it was something I ate? The next day arrived with the same result. Oh well, at least I can hide it with Coke. Nope - I couldn’t finish a whiskey coke. The mid palate and aftertaste left me with the impression I just drank something with a chemical residue. I tried to give it to my college aged kids, after trying it they went back to the generic rum and tequilas. Woof!

Great flavor without the strong raw alcohol taste of Jameson.

This is a very basic bourbon. In the same category as Larceny, Elijah Craig, and Buffalo Trace. @Distiller needs to update the review. I have 60+ whiskey in my cabinet and this isn’t in the top half. TO SCORE 96 IS RIDICULOUS (and frankly misleading)

Sweet corn on the tongue. Strange palette with a medium finish. You get what you pay for.

Tasted like a solid single malt whisky. Reminded me of Kavalan which is about 1/2 the price. Very balanced flavors with a medium length on the finish.

Very balanced with a caramel and brown sugar tone. Breathe out they your nose for an excellent post-nasal experience. Hard to beat for sub-$30.

Your standard Irish with more flavor and a more complex finish vs Jameson. For $20, I’m buying it all day long for straight and mixing.
