Tastes

I tried 3 Auchentoshan whiskeys during whiskey festival. All of them were ok, but there was something exceptional in this one that made me come back to it. Not a wonder, but definitely worth trying. [JG2018]

Seems unbalanced. I truelly enjoyed some of the NAS Glen Morays but peated one does not seem what they are best at :( [JG2018]

And this one seems the best of all those Glen Moray's NAS.

Good value for money. Actually it refers to all the "young" Glen Morays. Fresh, fruity, floral... if it would be blind tasting I would say it is Irish, not the speyside. [JG2018]

Not as good as Elijah Craig 12 but this is also a bourbon from an absolute top. Heaven Hill bourbons really do the job.

I admit I like bourbons. Actually the only thing I do not like about them is that they are very similiar to each other. (guess what bourbon is it: lots of oak, lots of corn and sweet?) And when I actually started to think that no bourbon can surprise me I've stumbled upon Heaven Hill's Elijah Craig's 12. I had carefullyu opened the bottle, slowly poured myself a dram and... Yeah, you're right - BOURBON :) But, hell, this is a good one :)

Lots of oak, floral, fruity notes - kind of Irish. All very fresh. I must say that for this price it is hard to get better whisky [115 PLN]

Sweet, floral, with various, distinctive spices. Very balanced, I really enjoyed it [JG 2018]

Gentle, easy going, sweet whiskey. Similar to Glenfiddich 12.

Sweet, with some cream and nuts. But towards the end you can distinct more and more salt. Need to give it another try. [JG 2018]
