Decent and well-rounded with a little bit of heat. Doesn’t have the panache that makes it stand out compared to others.

The bottle says aged six months and you can definitely tell. Very hot and still has a lot of the sense that you’re drinking moonshine instead of something that’s aged. The flavor of the rye is there but it is fastly overshadowed by the moonshine factor.

medium heat, little sweet. average.

Slightly sweet. Little bit of heat.

slightly sweet. not overly strong. would be a good barrel filler.
