Tastes

aromatic. sweet like caramel corn. lots of rye flavor without the overpowering burn.

smooth and strong. oaky with not a lot of burn. While it does taste heavier than many standard bourbons, for a cask strength it doesn't pack that "punch in the mouth" potency and is very smooth

not much on the nose. tastes light. generally smooth. the bourbon flavor comes as more of an after taste. reminds me of a better version of the Minnesota whiskey.

Nose: smells a lot like moonshine. Slight hint of aging. Taste: very smooth. despite the nose of moonshine, it has none of the moonshine burn. There is some overall flavor like an un-aged whiskey, but not a corn moonshine. Multiple sips brings out the malt.

smokey like a backyard bbq with cornbread.

lots of chocolate and cocoa flavors. underlying rye flavor.

has a lot of moonshine / straight corn whiskey flavor. hot, but not as hot as moonshine. more flavor than most straight corn.
