Tastes

A very good rye, no doubt. Lots of flavor. Herbal spice. Anise, freshly picked crushed spearmint, and something else I can’t quite put my finger on... a bit earthy. Just delicious. Had it on the rocks. Will buy again without any hesitation.

Smooth but simple bourbon. Very flat taste profile. Had it on the rocks first and it tasted like it looked. Light yellow water. Drink it neat and it’s just ok. Wouldn’t buy again. But I won’t mind finishing this bottle either. Stick with their rye’s and you will won’t be disappointed.

Lots of flavor but very thin

Not bad for a 2 year bourbon. Sweet with a little spice. Not overly hot for the proof. Smooth. Not much going on in the nose or palate. A little vanilla but it finishes quickly. Pretty thin. Overall a decent pour.

Spicy. Vanilla. A little sweet in the end
