Tastes

Hot and Sweet Corn. Freddie had us "hold our liquor" and do a smack, wave, rub appreciation activity. We ended up buying 2 bottles to mix with topochico.

Before dark chocolate: sweet, rich, char, and some citrus. Very pleasant and smooth After dark chocolate: too bitter for me, pulls the cherry fully forward and brings out citrus rind

Surprisingly bold and satisfying, for a Wild Turkey. Full nose, spicey, char, and sweet flavors, a full mouth fill, and a warm, smooth finish.

Bold nose and taste. Good balance of spice, oak, and vanilla.

This one is like desert! It was my #1 pick at our Four Roses tasting and, luckily, I should be able to find it in TX. Full nose and rich, silky mouth feel. Butterscotch and char are the primary flavors.

We tasted the Visitor Center Exclusive. Bold and warming, yet smooth. Spice, oak, and cherry are prominent and it's not too sweet. This was my 2nd favorite of our Four Roses tasting, but it was the one we both agreed on and we ended up bringing a bottle home.

Very mild nose and taste, not enough character for me
